What another crazy month it's been at Butterfly Studio! We have been super busy in many different ways.

Mental Health Awareness Course 🤓

All butterfly instructors have been on a L2 Mental Health Awareness Course, which also included meantal health first aid. We hope this also gives you peace of mind and if there's anything you need to talk about you have the pick of the bunch 😉

Spinny Week 😵

She did it again, spinny week! I loved seeing some of the newer members talk about their first time on spinny and how much they enjoyed it! Loads of you picking up new moves straight away it was crazy!

I think everyone loves a bit of spinny even if they say they don't 😂 Don't you find that some moves are just that bit easier?! That little bit of momentum really does help. Who will be asking for more spinny pole? You'll catch the bug and always want to be on spinny, like our very own instructor Morven, she is the goddess of spinny pole!

Butterfly 🦋

Last week of pole, as usual, is recap week / goal week! However you were all introduced to a few variations of the butterfly! 🦋😍 I have loved watched and seeing photos of you all giving this ago, the best bit....the bruises 😂 just shows how hard you have all been working. Crazy to think how many different variations of a butterfly there is, just think of other moves that are the same, you're never going to be short of moves to do and achieve!

Black Friday Sales 🖤

I did warn you the Black Friday offer's were crazy! I hope you all enjoy the amazing deals you managed to grab, if I was still capable I wouldn't have known which one to get, what about... them all?! Did you all see how to get your free class? I loved it, like waiting for the pieces of the puzzle to drop by your inbox to put it all together.

Exotics 💃🏼

As you might remember from Septembers Blog that Jaime put on two Exotic nights, due to high demand, VERY high, Jaime thought she'd do another double exotic in November! What ANOTHER massive hit! I don't think we can believe how many of you are enjoying these and coming along. It's so good to see everyone enjoying all the kinds of pole offered and stepping out of your comfort zone. Oh BTW....the next exotic is up on the booking site and ready for you

Christmas 🎅

🎵You better watch out, you better not cry...🎵 Sorry getting a bit ahead of myself there! If you love getting into the Christmas spirit why not dress up and come along to class? Are you a naughty elf or a sexy santa? Me, I'd be the Christmas Pudding 😂 make sure you remember that December is a short month for classes; listed below and the Christmas and New Year dates for your calendar! Make sure you read them, you don't want to be missing out!!

Christmas Closure 🎄

The last pole class of 2019 will be Friday 20th December and resuming Monday 6th January 2020.

Remember you can book more than one class at a time and also sign up to the waiting list facility, trust me it is NOT a waste of time.

Workshops 👯

Upcoming workshops at Butterfly Studio include Kitty Velour and Crystal Gibson. Kitty's workshop is Sunday 8th December, two out of her three workshops are full and the third only has 2 spaces left, so if you fancy treating yourself to the Candy Box workshop better book quickly! If you fancy some pole tricks and low pole, floor and flow why not have a look at Crystal's workshops been carried out on Sunday 2nd February?! There are some spaces left, but don't leave it too late they WILL book up. I can't wait to see the videos and photos from what you all get to learn, I am so jealous! I have a lot to catch up on and for you to show me.
